Yes! It will bring disabled people out of poverty.
It might make prices increase for everyone else because the discount makes stores gain less money
No! People could fake a disability.
Yes! It can bring down chances of homelessness.
Why doesn't everyone just get a discount then.
It will help so they have enough money for prescriptions and living comfortably.
The bill makes its way to the house of Commons from the mail and the first reading (hurdle) takes place with no debate.The next day the second reading takes place and everyone gives there opinions with the pros and cons that could come with this bill with a public debate.

The committee including multiple people from different parties take the bill in private and tries to change and improve the bill so that it has a better chance in the house of commons.
we don't think anything needs to change its a good bill.
