- Well, I bought this phone here last week, but not it's not working. I am hoping you all can fix it.
- Oh sir, I do apologize for that. I know how a nonworking phone can be a problem.
- Can you all repair it here in the store? I really need my phone.
- Well, we don't do repairs in this store, but I can definitely help you with getting replacement.
- Really? Oh that is just what I needed to hear!
- Mr. Green, I just called the manufacturer and they will be shipping you a new phone here tomorrow!
- Well, I bought this phone here last week, but not it's not working. I am hoing you all can fix it.
