The story is about two friends who like to make comic books with each other and play pranks all the time.

FALLING ACTION
WHY AM I OUTSIDE GEORGE HAROLD
after they hypnotise him the ring actually works and he becomes Captain underpants.when suddenly other characters from their book start to appear.
RESOLUTION
captain underpants defeats the evil toilet monster and everyone is saved.
oh ma gah
mr Krupp goes back to normal and gets angry at George and harold
