She means that you guys are breaking the lab safety contract.
For example, you shouldn't have any food in the laboratory Justin.

But how I'm I breaking the rules?
Rule #2 in the lab safety project is long or loose hair will be tied back. Excessively loose clothing or jewelry will not be worn.
