OCU - Developing 21st Century Servant-Leaders

Ohio Christian University is based in Circleville, OH.
OCU has many goals!
One goal is to train 21st century leaders.
OCU's student goals start with having a Christ-like character and putting Him first.
Next, OCU teaches students to lead by serving others. This immediately creates an environment of a servants heart.
With these core values foundation, OCU adds academics.
While being academic excellent, OCU strives to give students experiences and engagements that will prepare them to be leadership focused.
In an effort to create 21 century servant-leaders, students are given a scholarly environment and real world experiences.
Here are some other ways OCU works to develop 21st century servant leaders.
21st century servant leaders have many training sessions for the students to become successful in their careers
The training sessions consist of: communication skills, leadership, and life skills
The 4 C's are also taught in the training sessions

Lastly, students are also taught how to set goals and how to go over and beyond to achieve them.
