Light is a form of energy that gives us the power of vision.reflection, is an abrupt change in the direction of propagation of a wave that strikes the boundary between different mediums.Shadow is when a dark shape on a surface which is made when something stands between a light and the surface.
a beam of light is a stream of light energy which is broader and represented by a number of rays.
I also learnt some facts -the property of light is that it travels in a straight line is known as rectilinear propagation of light.
light sources are of 2 types - luminous and Non- Luminous.Luminous objects are objects that produce their own light. Such as Sun and Torch.Non-Luminous objects are objects that DO NOT Produce their own light.Such as - table, Chair, Moon.
