- It started off on a boat. It was night time and Rainsford had just heard a loud noise. He then decided to check it out and while standing on the boat he lost balance and feel into the water Rainsford then found himself washed up on an island called "Ship-Trap Island".
- Rainsford was greeted at the island by General Zaroff and his scary servant Ivan Zaroff gladly took in Rainsford. After staying a while Rainsford wanted to leave. But little did he know, in order to leave, he had to play a game of hunting but it was no ordinary hunting...
- A while after the hunting game started, Rainsford was in the jungle trying to figure out how to win the game. Suddenly Zaroff showed up and then Rainsford got away. The chase continued until Rainsford got an idea..
- He decided to jump off a cliff into the ocean knowing that if he swam he'd be able to get back to the mansion without Zaroff knowing so that's what Rainsford decided to do
- After Rainsford made it back to the mansion and into his room, he hid behind the curtains Zaroff soon after walked into the room and Rainsford popped out the curtains. Zaroff told him that he won the game but it wasn't over until one of them died so they battles to the death.
- The story ends by Rainsford winning the battle. He then enjoys a great nights sleep in the best bed The End.
