Storyboard Tekst
- (WIDE SHOT - WS) A young beaver is hanging out near the water's edge.
- Cut --> (HEAD AND SHOULDER SHOT) The beaver does not know what to do.
- Cut --> (CLOSE UP) The beaver decides to go wandering in the woods.
- Cut--> (LONG SHOT) The beaver starts to wander off into the woods. Fade out-->
- Cut--> (Moves toward camera) The beaver starts to get upset as he realizes he forgot the way back.
- Cut--> (CLOSE UP) As the beaver paces back and forth, he starts to get more upset.
- Cut --> (EXTREME CLOSE UP) The beaver cries out in confusion of where he is.
- (TWO SHOT) A coyote nearby sees the beaver alone lost and decides to make him his prey.
- Cut away --> (TWO SHOT) The beaver notices the coyote.
- Cut --> (TWO SHOT) The beaver runs from the coyote.
- Cut--> (TWO SHOT) The coyote chases the beaver back to the water.
- Cut--> (TWO SHOT) Coyote – “I am going to get you. No sense in running from me.”
- Cut--> (THREE SHOT) The father enters the scene.
- (THREE SHOT) The father beats the coyote with all his might.
- Cut --> (EXTREME LONG SHOT - ELS) The beaver and son scurry away to escape the coyote while he is down.
- (EXTREME LONG SHOT - ELS) The father and his son escape successfully and walk home.
- (THREE SHOT) - While the beaver sons were playing at the water front, their father was off thinking about what almost happened to his son.
- Cutaway--> (COWBOY SHOT) The father beaver ponders to himself about the safety of his sons.
- (MEDIUM SHOT) Suddenly, he has a good idea about how to teach the young beavers that important lesson.
- (MEDIUM SHOT) The father heads off to find his sons.
- Cut back--> The father finds his sons playing at the water’s edge.
- Cut--> (OVER THE SHOULDER SHOT) The father makes them try to break the dam.
- (OVER THE SHOULDER SHOT) Father has them break a single stick. Dad – “I want you to pick up the stick next to you and try to break it.”
- (OVER THE SHOULDER SHOT) Father explains the metaphor. The beavers learn an important lesson about sticking together. Fade out -->
