A employee calling up his colleague because he this paper work done urgently
Let me figure something out and get back to you
I am still on vacation but I don't know if I can come back soon
Hi there! I know you are on a holiday but I need you to sign this document urgently.
Can you try to make it back ASAP
They both try to figure out how to solve this issue soon.
I will check is there is someone else who can sign in his place.
I think there might be some options to sign documents online.
The Colleague finds an online service that allows him to easily send across legal documents.
I found a site here called PicoDoc. I wonder if it will work?
Maybe I can email him the document but its not safe to send it online.
They check out the website and see if its reliable and if it actually works.
Oh look he sent me a link of some site. Let me check it out
They figure out the features it offers and are really impressed and are ready to try it out now.
You can even encrypt this document with a code before sending it .
The process was smooth and like the comparing and customizing features.
I have encrypted and shared once he reviews it, I can get his signature. That was way faster!
I will start signing in and checking it it actually works.
I dont need a legal advisor, I can just compare the document with sample templates.
I have to review this, confirm and sign. Then I can get back to where I was.
