- Country Club Leader = Most concern for people but least concern for production.
- Impoverished Leader = No concern for people or production. No system for getting job done.

- Middle of the Road = gets the work done with minimal satisfaction of faculty and mediocre work.

- As long as you do the basics that is what is important.
- Team Management = High faculty satisfaction equals high production.High trust in team.

- Produce or Perish = Stresses production with little concern for people.
