Organizational memory acts as an adhesive and is the type of informations that holds the company together and allows it to operate (Kransforff, 1997). Knowledge workers are responsible for value creation and this type of loss is considered corporate amnesia and comes at a high price (Dalkir, 2011 p. 366).
