- OH MY GOD!!! I am totally freaking out! We are going to die.
- Honey, Don't freak out. Sometimes things don't go as planned. Maybe your goal could be being less perfectionist
- I have an idea, to measure my goal I am going to grade myself form 1-5 each time an unexpected situation happens! When my grade is 5 I will know I have reached my goal!
- You can write down what you did each time so you can improve!!
- I don't think I am going to be able to reach my goal any time soon. Maybe I should put a time limit. In 6 months I will be able to be less perfectionist!
- Oh no there is no water! But that's okay because I can come back later, I am going to be fine. Oh my god, I think I ma going to grade myself a 5!! I have reached my goal.
- Remember when I set my goal to be less perfectionist? Well I have worked a lot on it and it has been very important to me because I have been able to enjoy more moments and not stress about the little things.
- I can relate this goal to mental flexibility because I was so stiff before but trying to achieve this goal has given me time to appreciate more my life.
