- Recently the Heffleys had suffered a death in the family and has been given her inheritance, the boys are not as sad on the fact of her passing, just the thing the inheritance got spent on.
- "I'm not excited she passed, but lets spend it on something cool."
- "Aunt Reba passed away and left her inheritance to us." sobbing.

- "Why wouldn't they do something cooler than an extension to their house?"
- "Oh my! We built the extension a couple inches over their property line, and the lady wont budge! We need to restart."
- They decided to put almost all of the money into adding an addition to their house. Then the lady next store got mad from the concrete guys ruining her flower garden, so when they found out they built over the property line, they had to restart. Saddest part, they have no more money left to restart the project.

- "NOOOOOOOO all of our hard work!!!" They said in sync.
- After their bad luck with building they were asked by the Heffleys to also take out the hot tub. After hours of leveling the crane a misfunction happened and the hot tub broke off and went right through the roof.
