The narrator starts to think about killing the old man who had never done anything to him but due to his eye, he is motivated to kill him.
Though the man never wronged me. His eye constantly run cold every time he looks at me.
Main conflict
The narrator stalks the man seven nights to kill him because the narrator hates the old mans eyes.

After seven nights of stalking the old man.
The narrator has finally killed the old man and free from the old man's vulture's eye.
After 7 long nights of stalking the old man I had finally rid him of the vulture eye that bothered me so much.

Good evening gentlemenhow can I help you today
Shortly after the narrator killed the old man two police officers come to investigate a noise reported from the next door neighbor.
Falling action
Speaking here is much better but I must offer you gentlemen something to drink care for some tea and jokes, I have a great sense of humur.
As the narrator is talking to the police officers he starts to feel a certain way while talking to them to ease them to get out the house.
Why not, we’re not in a rush things seem to be fine.
The noise, evil, I did it. The noise you heard was the shrieking of the old man I killed. He is under the planks that where his body lies, I admit the deed.
As the narrator started to tense up he relished that it is his heart that started to beat because of the guilt he Carrie’s since he killed the old man. This drives him to tell both police officers that ge is indeed the one who killed the old man admitting to his crimes. And most likely taken to jail.
Revelation
We received a noise report from the neighbor next to and came to see what is the cause.

Or so I thought everyone had a good time though I felt something deep inside my black heart as if I heard beating. I thought I began to go crazy knowing I had a few drinks but this was more different.
