- Now I could buy this builiding and make it nice or I could not buy it and not risk my time and money going to a failure.

- There are so many other apartment builidngs in this city if I try to make up a successful one will anyone even try to rent the rooms out.
- As Bella is walking down the street from a date she sees that an old apartemnt building is for sale. She then contemplates buying it.Bella has bought other builidngs and made a good profit out of them, but when doing this it is really a hit or miss.

- Although this could go very badly I think I could make this into a good choice.
- Bella is in a situation where she has to think about her freedom of choice, performing an action from having multiple choices, right now. She could buy the building and fix it up and get a good profit from it or she could just leave it and not spend her money on it so there is no risk of it going down hill.

- She also has to think about the competition, someone who is going against you, she has. New York is a very busy, pact city there are many other buildings she would have to watch out for.

- Bella is tryng to weigh the pros vs the cons while walking around te city. While it is a risky desicion she thinks it would be a good idea to buy the apartment builiding.
- Since Bella finally bought the building it is her private property, ownership of property by non legal government, and she is responsible for making it nice and presentable so people will consider her apartments.
- After Bella put a lot of time into her building and she thought it was ready for the public she started to put ads out for rent. People took the offers and now she is making an amazing profit, the financial gain you make off of something, off the apartment buildings. It ends up that this desicion was a good one for Bella.
