- Elias at work
- The day Roparz, the manager, welcomes his two new colleagues, he discovers that Claire, the new employee, has a disability, and Victor, the newcomer, is a foreigner. Roparz is shocked and does not appreciate what he sees.
- A normal day at the company
- During the weekly meeting, the company's financial situation is in jeopardy. Roparz asks the employees for solutions to the problems but disregards Claire's input, neglecting her. Surprisingly, he listens to Elias, who suggests ideas that are not very constructive.
- Yasmine joins the company
- During a regular workday, Elias isn't working and spends time watching a series during work hours.
- Meeting with Yasmine
- While everyone else is working, Claire is unhappy about Elias not contributing. Elias harasses Claire, refusing to accept her due to her gender and her disability. Victor struggles to concentrate due to all the noise.
- After learning about Roparz's unacceptable behavior towards his employees, Yasmine arrives with the intention of addressing the situation by taking over Roparz's position as the manager.
- After several weeks in the company, Yasmine has implemented various solutions to create an inclusive and respectful work environment. She also praises everyone for their excellent work.
