The customer is in the market for a mop because his baby is always making a mess. This is the store owners chance to market his baby mop. Nate explains to the customer how the baby mop works and the customer loves the idea of the product.

Marisa is also a new shop owner who is selling the baby mop. The thing is she is charging a lot more for her baby mop because of how much people want this product

Nate now feels that because his competitor is able to sell at a higher price that he should sell the baby mop at a higher price.
I am going to sell my baby mops for $50
Marisa and Nate have both marketed the baby mop at to high of a price so people have stopped buying it. Now they have a surplus of baby mops and are considering dropping their prices to clean out the extra baby mops.
