- Stanley Yelnats is an unfortunate middle school student, who has been living under his family's curse from his great great grandfather. On his last day of school, when Stanley was on his way home, he was hit by a pair of shoes
- WELCOME TO CAMP GREEN LAKE!
- As he was walking with the shoes Stanley was caught by the police and accused of stealing them from a local homeless shelter. The pair of shoes was supposedly owned by a famous baseball player worth THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.
- OH NO! WHERES ZERO
- Stanley was sent to court and was asked if he wanted to go to juvenile jail or a camp at green lake. He was from a poor family so he thought that going to camp wasn't that bad but he was WRONG!.
- ZERO!
- Camp Green Lake(located in a dried-up lake) is a camp specifically for bad boys who have to go to work by digging 5ft holes under the scorching sun. The boys had to dig 5ft deep holes every day until they find a treasure that could be traded for rewards.
- Soon Stanley met a new friend called ZeRo and enemies such as Mr. Sir, ZigZag, and Xray. After a while, Zero got angry soo he ran away. Stanley took a big water truck and tried to find him everywhere but he ended up crashing into a hole and ran off.
- Soon Stanley found Zero but he was very sick so he climbed the mountain to find a good place for them to survive. Luckily, Stanley found some onions and water. Soon, Zero recovered. Stanley and Zero found treasure back at Camp, but the wardens demand to give it to her.
