This woman here is a very beautiful woman. Her family is very poor. All day, instead of doing work, she dreams that she will one day become very wealthy, like she has always deserved.
The husband of this woman knows that she wants to live a goo life, so he gets her a ticket to a very fancy gala. Surprisingly, she is very sad about this, because she has nothing nice to wear. The loving husband gives her his special saved up money to buy the dress she wants. she also borrows her friend's diamond necklace to complete the look.
After getting all that she wanted for this event, she finally went. She was so very popular here, because she was in such fancy clothes. She had such a great time that she did not notice when her friend's necklace fell off.
She could not find the necklace anywhere after that. She and her husband were worried sick, so they looked everywhere for that necklace, but to no avail. The diamond necklace was no where to be found.
The husband works through multiple shady deals, and multiple debts to buy back the necklace that his wife lost. It takes 10 years for this to finally be accomplished.
Later, she finally gets a diamond necklace to replace the old lost one. She gets told later by her friend that the necklace that she lost was a proxy diamond necklace, which is worth a significant sum less than the one she bought.
