- Amanda never wants to make anyone feel they are being ignored. Instead of muting each conversation individually, Amanda customizes her WhatsApp digital availability settings to mute all conversations between 9-5. She allows messages from her mom to come through at any time and turns on automatic messages to let people know she is away.

- Amanda is shocked by the amount of work she's gotten done in 2 hours. She receives a message from her friend but her phone does not go off. Her friend receives a customized automated response.
