- In February 2017, a fire destroyed the home of 49-year-old Brenda Jones. Brenda’s home had major electrical problems, and she spent the night with her sister after the electrician failed to show.
- Alan then went to the police and accused Brenda of arson, presenting audio tapes in which a female voice said “lit a match” and burned the house down.
- Thank you!
- Welcome sister! You can stay at my place if you like.
- After the fire, Jones’s former roommate, Alan Onopa, approached Brenda, grabbed her by the throat and threatened to tell the police that she burned the house down unless she gave him a piece of the insurance money.
- Tell the police you burned the house down unless you give me a piece of the insurance.
- One Week Later
- I wast threatened by my neighbour that I burned my own house down!
- Brenda refused and reported the assault to the police.
- The lady who was here before was actually the one who burnt her house down. I even have proof with these audio tapes.
- Nice hand! This is so fun we should do this every day!
- Based on Alan’s report, Brenda was arrested and charged with arson.

- When the boy found his father, instead of being chided for his actions, his father rejoiced in his return.
