- The heart is the main body part of the circulatory system. The Heart pumps blood to the lungs for them to get oxygen. The lungs produce the oxygenated blood throughout the arteries and to the rest of the body. The heart has two#160; upper chambers which are called the left atrium and the right atrium. It then has the two lower chambers, called the left ventricle and the right ventricle.
- When the blood pressure is too low in the human body, it is called hypotension. Blood pressure that is too high is called hypertension. Low blood pressure is dangerous as it could cause you to faint. Big blood pressure drops such as uncontrolled bleeding, allergic reaction and severe infection can be life threatening.
- There are lots of different blood features and this includes the red blood cells and the plasma. The red blood cells carry oxygen into the lungs. When they make the trip to return they release something called carbon dioxide by breathing out. The plasma the liquid part of blood plasma transport cells.
- White blood cells protect you from infection by travelling through your blood and tissue, during this, the white blood cells track down the infection. Platelets are small clots that work to stop bleeding from happening. The immune system in the human body fights diseases to protect you.#160; There's a germ called the microbe that keeps track of all these other germs that it has defeated to destroy the microbes quickly before making any damages again
- Curing heart disease involves you to have received a lot of blood clot dissolving pills if you have been given them from your doctor you can also swallow an aspirin to help recover you. If someone is having a heart attack and is unconscious, you will need to do CPR and check their heart beat to see if they are still alive.
- Bruises are formed by a blow that breaks blood vessels near the surface of the skin. this allows a small amount of blood to enter the tissue under your skin. The blood that gets in the tissue looks like black and blue then when healed it starts go to a normal skin tone.
