- I won the election! But your my vice president? You were running for president I thought?
- I was... But I got second place in the election so they stuck me here. How can we prevent a tie, and unwanted vice presidency?
- Hmm.. We can pass the 12th amendment! There will be two ballots, a vice president ballot, and a president ballot. This should prevent all ties, especially with those who are the in same party, like us!
- Sounds great, lets go consult Congress!
- WE AGREE!!
- Great idea Jefferson! That's something we agree on.
