- As a teacher i will try to help my students the best way i can by building a community in the school using the anti-bulling peer buddy program that was designed with Gina’s needs in mind. I want to provide students with the chance to be apart of a community

- I will be encouraging parents to be more involved in their students education by sending review sheets to parents, providing then with email updates on how their child is doing in class.

- As a teacher i will be giving parents the chance to come into the classroom and sit with their children to learn about how the classroom works and how far their children are progressing. This helps parents feel more included in their child’s education.

- Another way that i can help parents voices be heard is by working with the PTA to provide events and try to create solutions for the school.

- In the beginning of the year i will provide parents with a detailed list on what their child will be working on during the school year so the parents can have an idea of the due dates and how to help their child.
