George Washington family members are his great grandfather and his father Augustine settled in west more lend Country .He has a wife named Martha Dandridge Washington And his second wife Mary ball and his half brother. George was born on February 22 1732 he died on December 14 1799. He lived in the United States.
When George was 11 his father died and he helped his mom take care of the plantation.He only went to school for 7 or 8 years.When he was 16 he went to live with his half brother.
When George was 16 he went to work as a surveyor where he took measurement of new lands mapping them out in detail.A few years George became a leader with the Virginia and became involved in the start of the french and the Indian war.
The awards that George got was a job for a leader of the Virginia militia. After the French and Indian war George setted down and married the widow Martha Dandridge became a large landowner and was elected to the Virginian legislature.
Soon George and his fellow landowners became upset with unfair treatment by their British rulers. when the British refused they decided to go to war.
George was one of the Virginia delegates at the first and second continental congress. It is important because he helps us from Virginia.
