Max come back !
This is where Max is about to get adopted by Emi and her foster dad. This is very important because this sets the basics for the story.
In this scene we see Red the cat watching Max being taken into the house by Emi. This is important because we get to see one main character's opinion on dogs at first. Red's opinion on dogs is that they are stupid for being so loyal.
This is where Max runs away for the first and Emi has to chase after him. This is really important because Emi is worried she won't find Max and that her foster parents will throw her out.
This is where Emi's stepfather tells her that Emi's stepmother is pregnant. This is important because she interprets this as they are getting rid of her.
This is where Emi and Max are confronted by a Brown Bear. This is important because Max protects Emi and proves to her that Max really does love her.
This is where Red looks at Emi and Max playing from inside the shed she lives in. This is important because it shows that Emi and Max returned to their home. Additionally, this shows Red's opinion now of dogs. Red's opinion now is that if dogs weren't so loyal then many people would be dead and that dogs aren't actually that annoying.
