- Ausable chuckles, blowing smoke.
- A dimly lit, luxurious hotel room. Ausable (a fat, slouching spy) sits on a couch, smoking. Fowler (a young, eager writer) watches him with disappointment.
- This is the famous spy Ausable? He looks so... ordinary!
- Expecting a mysterious, dashing spy, eh? Life's not like your book, Fowler.
- KNOCK KNOCK!
- Door opens slightly-Max stands there holding a pistol.
- Good evening gentlemen. Hope I'm not interrupting
- Who's that?

- Fowler looks terrified, sweating
- Max points the gun at Ausable.
- Hand over the report, Ausable. Or this gets messy!
- We're done for.
- Ausable sighs, raising his hands slightly
- Max narrows his eyes, glancing at the window.
- Nice try. That window leads to a balcony- I checked.
- Ah, Max, always so impatient. The report is in my window sill-care to fetch it?

- Ausable yells dramatically, pointing at the window
- Max leaps towards the "balcony" ( which doesn't exist) and falls out of the window
- AAAHH!!
- Look out Max-its the police
- Ausable casually goes and sits back down on the couch meanwhile Fowler is still confused
- Ausable lights another cigar, grinning.
- Now that's how you write a spy story, Fowler
- Bb-but there is no balcony.
