- Of course! After we take the cows off the pastures, we round them up here into the corral right behind us. From there, we sort them out and move them into that chute you see over there. Eventually, we push them into the cattle trailers, which take them to the market in Pleasanton, Texas.
- So, could you explain to me the process you use to make the farm-to-market possible?
- The video begins with Michael Marsh standing in front of a cow pasture. He asks a question about the farm-to-table process, then introduces himself and Alex Natal. Michael explains they will talk about the first step at Reyes’ Farms and Ranches.

- At Reyes Farms, the journey begins with care. Cattle are raised in open pastures, nurtured with dedication, and prepared for the next step in their journey. From balanced nutrition to regular health checkups, every step focuses on responsible and ethical farming. Once ready, these cattle begin the next stage of their journey—the local livestock market.
- The scene transitions to a shot of the land and pastures while Michael's voiceover explains how the cattle are raised with care and prepared for the market.

- This is where the ranchers and farmers bring their cattle, they bring them throughout the week so they can be sold the following day, typically on a Tuesday, so the cattle is rounded up, and of course they are labeled to our name. From there they get sent out to the different pins as you see here, and the following day different buyers from different feedlots come around, and buy our livestock. This is our payday, really!
