Once Droopy discharged back into a lake, he felt an immense amount of relief. Then, the same thing happened. Droopy, once again, recharged and went to groundwater again.
This time, instead of being scared, Droopy was just annoyed, he knew he would just be discharged or rise up back to another random place.

Hey! Wait! Come back! I actually really liked it in there! Aw man... Gosh, even though it was really cold in the glaciers, at least I wasn't constantly being thrown underground and its too quiet out here.. I just want to go home.

Once Droopy calmed down, he realized he was back at the lake he loved! he took in the view and then, suddenly a skunk came and drank him right up.
After a bit, the droplet was respired and eventually he started to feel homesick and wanted to go home.

Ahhhh, it sue is good to be home! I can't believe I used to not like this place!
So, droopy asked the sun to evaporate him so he could go up to the clouds. There he reunited with fluffy and asked to drop him off at the glaciers.
The clouds condensed Droopy and freezes him to turn him into a snowflake, there he was happy and content with the place he lived.
