Hello Student! Today I will be taking care of you and teaching you some important leadership skills.
I have a question, how have leaders changed over generations?
Good question. Todays generation, generation Z prefer to work independently and enjoy structure and direct responsibilities. This is different then for example the baby boomers who were more approachable.
Cool I never knew that Mrs Harris. Why dont you explain how gender affect leadership.
Interesting can you also explain some leadership theories such as the great man theory?
Of course, Women are more emotional and seek harmony while leading. Men are usually more competitive and task oriented comapred to women.

The Great Man theory says that leaders are born not made and that people inherit leadership traits.
I have one more question before we leave what is the path goal theory?
The purpose of the path goal theory is to describe how leaders encourage and support their follower in reaching a goal. They clarify a path, remove roadblocks and offer incentives.
