Divorce in Judaism is considered not favourable. However in biblical law, a husband has the right to initiate the divorce but the wife can't initiate it. They can also divorce the wife with or without reason

A marriage would end if a divorce document given by the man to his wife, or by the death of either party. But there are some rules that protect the wife, were in Talmudic times. Some of these include Enough bread for at least two meals a day oil for cooking and for lighting, wood for cooking, fruit and vegetables, Wine, three meals on each Shabbat consisting of fish and meat, and finally, an allowance of a silver coin each week. A get or gett is a jewish divorce document that the husband needs to give to his wife. It is important to know that a civil divorce is not sufficient to dissolve a Jewish marriage.
Another thing to note is once the gett is handed to the wife, she's now free to marry another man
