- I became a teacher because my father was a teacher and I really admired him. I also became a social studies teacher specifically because I like social studies and my 4th grade teacher did a good job of teaching me so that's why I became a teacher.
- Why did you become a teacher?
- I enjoy most about my day to day life is that I get to interact with kids everyday and great co workers and I also enjoy chilling and watching youtube videos.
- What do you enjoy the most about your day to day life?
- I would only be there in the summertime and one time when I was younger in the winter so when I first went to Jamaica I was 5 years old. It was Christmas time and I was very shocked because there was no snow and it was not cold. It was the first time I got to see my grandma on my father's side and my aunts and my uncles. So I really like Jamaica because I like spending time with them. Now I don't know if i would live there because i feel like they don't have modern things like they have over here in the United States and I feel like I don't know Jamaica enough to live there.
- How was it living in Jamaica or being around there?
- The high school that I went to was called Manhattan Village Academy. It's on 22nd and between 5th and 6th avenue in Manhattan. It was a public school but it was really strict. We had a strict uniform policy. We had to do regents and portfolios every year. We took AP classes in 12th grade. I feel like my highschool experience was great because it prepared me for college like I needed an environment that was like a small school because I like small schools because I can really get to know the teachers and get to know the students. I feel like 9th to 11th grade i had friends
- What was your experience in high school like?
