  • The USA did not think the Japanese were strong enough or would dare to mess with the USA, but they were far from right.

  • Maybe we could lock the Japanese up, until the war is over
  • President Franklin D. Roosevelt meets with Lt. General John L. DeWitt and some other military leaders to decide what to do about the risk of sabotage and spying. Although some people disagreed, they still decided to go through with it and lock up the Japanese in camps.

  • When we're here it should eliminate the chance of Japanese spying and sabotage so we should be able to be trusted when we get back home 
  • And it shows our loyalty to the U.S.A. 
  • It is racist, but it is safer than being at home
  • We are safe from the people that tried to lynch us at our home
  • I don't blame the government for not trusting the Japanese after what they did to the American Soldiers during the Bataan Death March
  • A large family at a Japanese concentration camp that are comparing the positive and negative affects from the camp. Although it is racist, it shows loyalty, keeps them safe from angry Americans that may want to lynch the Japanese, it completely eliminated the chance of spying and sabotage, and after what the Japanese soldiers did to the American soldiers during the Bataan Death March.
