- In my book it talks about how playing football isn't only about being good at the sport. You got to be good in school also because if you can be a student you cant be a player.

- the number one thing to be a athlete is to be healthy not just physically but also you got to be healthy mentally also because if you are always stressing really bad you might go to far and end up hurting yourself. So something to make sure that dose no happens s gong out somewhere relaxing and just clearing your head. some people clear there head way differently but this is one to do that.

- i just want to thank everyone that helped me through out my life to get me here were i am today making it to the NFL
- In my book it also talks about people trying to break you down. Some people wont ever make it in life so they will try to do anything to try to get into your head. People don´t care about your feelings they only care about there own. So them saying mean thing and doing mean is making them feel better about them self.

- In my book that I am reading for SSR talks about not giving up and working through the pain. But sometime that can be a bad thing. your cant work out to the point you cant walk on your own. Working through the pan meaning set a goal for yourself and no matter how hard it s you have to make it to your goal. Over time as the goal gets easier you make it hared and longer.
- In my book it say all work will play off meaning that all the effort and hard work you put in in practice and off the field will boost your chances to make t pro. After all hard work you put n and dedication will eventually pay off and could make you big amount of money. But at the end of the day playing a sport is all about having fun and doing the thing that makes you the most happy.
