CRIME SCENE #1In the first crime scene, we can see that food and pots were left open with no attention that is an incorrect action when it comes to food safety and preparation, for example, the un-covered pots pan, and food that is left out in the open these are some of the violations that happen in this scene : food contamination :temperature dangerzone :cross-contamination etc......these are just some of the food violations that could be listed in this crime scene
In the second crime scene we can see that the food items are placed where the cleaning supplies are supposed to be this is also a very big violation when i comes to food safety this can lead to people mistaking the cleanind supplise for food ingredients and useing them with can lead to sicknessnor even death one thing you can do is lable the containers with what ever that sudstance is:food contamination/contamination :food brone
in scene 3 we can that the restaurant is infested with mice which is also a big violation of food safety because we can easily get/catch any different diseases that they are carrying with them which is of course a really bad thing and should not happen: food contamination:contamination
