She answers him

Romeo runs off to find Juliet after finding out she was a Capulet. He then sees Juliet at her window.
They continue to have a conversation
After Romeo sees Juliet he starts speaking. Juliet doesn't know who's talking to her at first.
A little later in the conversation
O Romeo, Romeo! wherefore are thou Romeo?
Juliet answers him and then she realizes its Romeo (who she had kissed earlier).
They say goodbye
... For that which thou hast heard me speak tonight... Good night, good night! Parring is such sweet sorrow...
The conversation keeps going. They talk for minutes it seems like for them. He's also holding onto the balcony talking to her.
She asks Romeo why he's a Montague and why she's has to be in love with a Montague.
... I take thee at thy word. Call me but love, and I'll be new baptized...
They say goodbye but they have a long conversation to say good bye. Personification was used when he said "He lent me counsel, and i lent him eyes". He means that love is a person and that love is able to give Romeo counseling.
... He lent me counsel, and lent him eyes... Sleep dwell upon thine eyes, peace in thy breast!
