Odysseus and his men arrived on an island where a born monster lay. The cyclops live isolated and feared to all.
Section 4
Odysseus and his men make it to the cave, they want to steal the cheese and run but Odysseus wants to see just how friendly he is. After the cyclops gets back he traps the men without knowing, soon enough he finds them in a corner!
Section 5
Polyphemus tries to make Odysseus look like a fool and when he fails to show hospitality, he eats some of the men! Odysseus attempts to make a plan to help him and his men escape.
Section 6
Odysseus made a six foot stake and sharpened the end, he then hid this stake for the right time. After the cyclops seized two of the men, Odysseus gave him some dark wine to put him to sleep.
Odysseus out-smarted the Cyclops and told him his name was Nobody. Then, Odysseus and his men blinded Polyphemus with the stake. He screamed in terror and woke all of his friends up
Odysseus and his men tied themselves onto the bottom of the rams and escaped! They took to rams and goats with them and got on board their ship, shouting at the cyclops behind them.
