One week later
Jack has been down for a while I think that I need to see if he is ok he hasn't liked anything he usually does and I think it is a sign of depression I need to say something.
Hey Jack are you ok you have looked down all for a few weeks has anything been making you feel down and making you feel not like yourself.
My parent are constantly fighting and they have been taking it out on me I haven't felt like myself in a while I have been sad feeling guilty that it was my fault and overwhelmed can we talk after school

I am so sorry I didn't see you sooner. I feel like a bad friend. Do you think that you need to go see what it is? I had depression once, and I felt just like that. I know a good GP who can diagnose what you might have and help you sort it out.
That would be good I think that I do need to see if it is something thankyou for sitting down and talking to me I think it helped.
