- After reflecting on possible reasons on why Kevin keep on transferring seats. Ms. Santos came up with a solution, she thought of having a 1 minute briefing before starting the activity, this includes answering concerns from her students about the activity.
- Okay class, are there any questions about the activities? if yes, please do not hesitate to ask me so that I can help you. Kevin do you have any concerns?

- Ms. Santos identified that Kevin is in the maintenance stage of learning, he knows how to stay in his seat in the first minutes of the class. Whenever the teacher calls his name to get back to his seat, he follows it. But the moment the teacher changes her focus, he transfers to another seat again to annoy his classmates.
