Kevin most likely transfer seats every time there is an activity or task to accomplish. He may be copying and getting ideas from his classmates regarding the task or Kevin simply wants to annoy and disturb his classmates
The next day ..
After a few days ..
After reflecting on possible reasons on why Kevin keep on transferring seats. Ms. Santos came up with a solution, she thought of having a 1 minute briefing before starting the activity, this includes answering concerns from her students about the activity.
Okay class, are there any questions about the activities? if yes, please do not hesitate to ask me so that I can help you. Kevin do you have any concerns?
At the Teacher's office ..
Ms. Santos identified that Kevin is in the maintenance stage of learning, he knows how to stay in his seat in the first minutes of the class. Whenever the teacher calls his name to get back to his seat, he follows it. But the moment the teacher changes her focus, he transfers to another seat again to annoy his classmates.

Well done!
Ms. Santos used all the level of support she knows to help Kevin improve his behavior, she would remind Kevin to stay in his seat from time to time, After that, if Kevin tries to stand up and transfer seats she would call his attention immediately.

Kevin, please stay in your seat, No standing up and transferring of seat.
Well done!
After a few days, Kevin would stay in his seat for the whole lesson, she would then affirm Kevin and compliment him for staying in his seat.
That's it for our lesson in Araling Panlipunan, very good everyone for following our rules and Job well done for Kevin for staying in his seat for the entire class. Everyone of you will have a star on their notes today!
Few days past Kevin would stay in his seat even without prompting and reminders, Ms. Santos then starts to decrease her reinforcement to Kevin, rewards and compliments are given less and less until the behavior becomes natural to Kevin in class.
Since Kevin is now showing an improvement for his behavior, I need to track his behavior every now and then to make sure the behavior is practiced, I'm going to use measurement tools such as frequency counts, duration recording, and A-B-C Model and track it using a graph to show the progress over time.
