- Nate, Bronwyn, Addy, Cooper and Simon are all in detentionfor Mr. Avery. Addy, Cooper and Bronwyn claim that thephones that Mr.Avery found werent theirs. Simon relized thathe doesnt have his water bottle so he ask Mr. Avery for water.
- As the kids are in detention they hear a loud crash. Thelook out the window and see a car crash outside of theschool. Mr. Avery decides to leave the students alone inthe classroom and make sure everyone is okay.
- While Mr.Avery is outside Simon drinks his water andstarts having an allergic reaction. The students can'tfind Simons Epi-Pen so they call 911. Simon is rushedto the hospital but he then dies later.
- The Police find out that Simmons cup had peanut oil which caused him to have an allergic reaction. Daysafter Simons death the students are questioned bypolice during school.
- A letter was revealed were Simon wanted to die and hope that his death would ruin everyones reputation and life.
- Addy realizes Jake will figure out she cheated on him with TJ so she decides to tell him herself. When she tells Jake he becomes angry and starts yelling at Addy which makes her cry.
