  • Alex glanced at the newly posted schedule pinned to the corkboard. He stared at the paper, shoulders tightening. His chest felt heavy, but he said nothing.

  • The next day at work, Mark fumbled while scanning items. “Uh-sorry,” he said as a barcode wouldn’t register. His hands trembled slightly.

  • And in trying to do that, you ended up overwhelmed... It's okay to ask for help Mark. Here's what were going to do. I'll rearrange your shifts, School comes first. Also, when things feel like too much, take short breaks. Reset. You don’t have to carry everything at once.
