- The British had offered a treaty to the Cherokee, they offered protection, and peace. The British said the Cherokee cannot trade with the French. The Cherokee agreed, and saw the British as equals to themself.
- Protection
- They cheated us!
- No more protection!
- The British and the Cherokee had peace for 30 years, the British thought they were superior over the Cherokee, while the Cherokee thought of them as equals. They were at agreement for these 30 years.
- Cherokee war
- We are going to war!
- The French, and Indians declared war with The British for unclaimed land. The French and Indians lost, and the result was that French land was completely taken over by the British. A treaty hat stopped the war had forced the Cherokee to give lots of land up.
- Lost land
- This is our land now!Get out!
- The British stopped offereing protection, and the Cherokee felt that they got taken advantage of, or cheated. The Cherokee was very upset, and it caused conflict between the Cherokee and the British.
- The Cherokee went to war with the British because they felt taken advantage of, this war is called the Cherokee war, the Cherokee lost this war.
- The Cherokee lost the war, this caused the Cherokee to lose their land.The British took their land, and the Cherokee were left without a single piece of land.
