  • Diapositiva: 1
  • Chivalry
  • I’m training for battle!
  • Bentley! This is so interesting dude. I love learning I have another question though what was the Chivalry? And what was it for?
  • I love these questions so far Zach, but the Chivalry was a code that knights followed, one thing is that it required bravery, honor, respect for women, fairness, and protecting the weak.
  • Diapositiva: 2
  • Loyalty and obligations
  • I’m the king
  • I’m a noble
  • I’m a knight
  • And I’m a peasant/serf
  • Bro this is so fun, I love this so much. I lucky have more questions for you. Like Loyalty and obligations what each group owed one another?
  • I love learning to Zach, these questions are really good. First the king owed fiefs protection to nobles also the right to rule their land. Nobles owed the king loyalty, military support and help the king in any sort of way. Next nobles owed land, protection and food and supplies to knights. Knights owed loyalty, military service, and protected the nobles land for them. Then knights owed peasants/serfs protection and a place to live and farm. Lastly peasants/serfs owed farming the land, paying taxes (crops), and doing labor.
  • Diapositiva: 3
  • Daily life
  • I agree with you so much I love learning, especially on this topic. But let’s not get to carried away the daily life was hard. Serfs grew crops, collected firewood, cooked, cleaned, and repaired tools. Lords managed the manor, while knights trained for battle.
  • Bentley? Don’t you just love learning it keeps getting more interesting. This time I want to know how was a regular day for a lord/noble, a knight, and peasants/serfs what did they do in their everyday life?
