- It's unlikely the boss will pay more to the workers
- The business grows meaning more work for the employers
- Allows them to provide for their family
- But they need more money from the boss

- Buying from more sustainable places even if they have higher prices. There is a very helpful website called: "Good on you" which can help you find out what brands are good for the earth and which aren't
