  •  Mr. Tree, how are you? I'm working on a science project about photosynthesis and cellular respiration.
  •  Of course, I can help you; cellular respiration is the process by which plants, humans, and animals convert glucose into energy.
  • how does it begin though?
  • Glycolysis is the first step in the process. A glucose molecule with six carbon atoms is broken into two three-carbon molecules in this first stage. Pyruvate is the name for the three-carbon molecule.
  • what happens after that
  • The Krebs cycle is the second step in cellular respiration. Pyruvic acid, as well as other molecules including NADH, FADH2, and CO2, are used in the Krebs cycle to produce ATP.
  • then what
  • we don't have enough time to explain all the steps so Glycolysis. The Citric Acid Cycle is the first stage of cellular respiration. Oxidative Phosphorylation is the second stage of cellular respiration. Pyruvate grooming is the third stage of cellular respiration. Between the glycolysis and the citric acid cycle is the electron transport chain. Chemiosomosis is the first part of stage 3 of cellular respiration.
  • okay thanks a lot
  • no wait there more.the process by which green plants and some other organisms use sunlight to synthesize nutrients from carbon dioxide and water. Photosynthesis in plants generally involves the green pigment chlorophyll and generates oxygen as a by-product.
  • and photosynthesis and cellular respiration have both reactions contain water, carbon dioxide, glucose, oxygen and energy. and that is it I hope you ace your project.
  • THANKS A LOT!!!!!!!
