  • Next, put small batches of the chicken into the saucepan and wait 8 minutes until the chicken is crisp. Make sure to stir the chicken around and wait for it to be thoroughly cooked. Continue to put all the chicken in and allow the chicken to be cooked through.
  • Method
  • Now, add the sesame oil that is left over, 2 tablespoons, on high heat. The oil should be nearly smoking. You are going to want to add the green beans in next.

  • Stir the green beans for around 5 minutes until dark spots have formed on them. Then remove from pan. You can use a separate pan for this if wanted.

  • Method
  • Turn the heat down to a medium and let the pan cool down. Add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, chilli paste and salt to the pan and stir. Add the chicken and green beans to the frying pan and we will stir this until they are covered in sauce. We will then turn the heat down and serve with the ingredients that I listed as optional.

  • Once the cooking is complete, it is important to pack everthing up and wash up. First, we will have to put the ingredients away and make a pile of everything that needs to be washed. Ensure that anything that can, goes into the dishwasher and clean the benches.
