- Patrick is so exited to get away from the farm. This summer is so special for Patrick. He is going on a tour around the world! There's only one problem... he has a summer essay to write. Patrick's essay is going to be about the different economy's around the world.
- Central Africa
- For Patrick's first destination he goes across America from Missouri to Washington DC. While touring a court house he got a little lost and ran into the judge! The judge told Patrick about how hes wanted to be a judge since he was little, and how he was voted to be the head of the supreme court. After leaving, Patrick realized how this would fit for Mixed economy, because it was a combined elements of command and market.

- Next, Patrick went to North Korea. Patrick learned quickly that it was different here. He wondered, why was the army was so angry? Then he remembered that North Korea was a Command Economy which means resources are owned and controlled by the government. The guards probably did not pick their job. Anyway, does anyone understand korean?
- Essay Time
- For Patrick's third trip he had a mission trip to central Africa. Patrick thinks all the resources are outdated . That is because this part of Africa follows a Traditional Economy. The traditional economy is goods and services are produced the way it always been.
- My country has been doing things the same for years
- Patrick's final stop is Japan. Patty is so tired and needs a hotel room because of the long summer. He buys a hotel room at market price. That is because Parts of Japan have a market economy. The resources are owned and controlled by the people of japan.
- Patrick has arrived home and is ready to start his essay.
