- Good afternoon, William! We are glad to have the opportunity to understand your feelings during the tragedy in Paracatu in 2015.

- It was traumatic. There were so many people suffering, but I couldn't help all of them. I'm going to tell you about a women I saved that was drowning in the mud. What happened was that she couldn't come to the surface because there was a tree on top of her.

- A group of people helped me lift the tree branch, and we could get her out of there. I took her to a hospital and a few days later I met her there again, when I took another person. Subsequently, she told me her story.
