- Odysseus and his crew went on some type of ship and sailed to an island and found a Cyclops.
- Part 4: Offering the Cyclops Wine
- Here, Cyclops, have some wine to follow your meal of human flesh
- Odysseus brought his men and wine with him to explore the island and find the cyclops.
- Part 5: Blinding the Cyclops
- Nobody, my friends, is trying to kill me by violence or treachery.
- He made up that his boat was destroyed so the cyclopes didn’t know and they would have a way to escape.
- Part 6: Escape
- Odysseus and his men finally escape after the blinded the cyclops
- Odysseus gives the cyclops wine to drink so he falls asleep and blinds him by stabbing him in the eye with a sharpened piece of wood.
- Odysseus and his men stabbed the cyclops and he wakes up screaming saying "nobody" is trying to kill or hurt.
- The cyclops let the sheep out and touched their backs as they walked out but Odysseus and his men were tied to the bottom of the sheep and escape.
