- Balthasar travels to Mantua to inform Romeo that Juliet is dead and has been placed in the Capulet monument. Romeo is determined to join Juliet in death and prepares to go back to Verona, and convinces a poor apothecary to sell him poison.
- Friar John returns to Friar Laurence that his letter to Romeo has not been delivered. Friar Laurence is worried if the letter isn't delivered there might be problems so he decides to write to Romeo again and go directly to the vault where Juliet is about to re-awaken.
- Paris goes to visit Juliet's tomb to grieve but he encounters Romeo they fight and Paris is killed Romeo enters the monument, drinks the poison and dies at Juliet's side. The friar arrives as Juliet is awakening when Juliet discovers that Romeo is dead and she in turn stabs herself. The watch arrived and is followed by the Prince, the Capulets and Montague. The Friar and Balthasar are questioned and in that process the whole story of Romeo and Juliet's marriage. The feuding families realize that their children were faithful to each other and knowing that it caused them to stop the feuding and kind of come together.
